Hello blogger friends, in between baking fruitcakes and cooking turkey, I was thrilled to discover I had a little time to play. Don't you just love it when that happens . . . free time to enjoy something "special" and today I chose to spend a little time creating a couple of cards.
The first card was created using Graphic 45 Christmas Emporium Paper. I'm so delighted with this paper and find the collection awesome! The skills and talents of the design team is amazing and the intricate design on each sheet, spectacular. So many possibilities when you work with this paper. It would be a dream of a lifetime to sit in and be part of the Graphic 45 design team as they bring their ideas to life. Wouldn't that be incredible!

My second card is soft and subtle and I really like the simplicity of it and I decided to keep the focus on the hearts and sentiment. I'm still unsure as to whether I prefer creating simple or detailed cards. At times, it's a bit of a challenge to find that extra time to spare.
The stamp I used is from Quietfire Style. A very talented Suzanne has some great stamps and because they are deeply etched, the words always appear neat and clean. Thank you Suzanne!

Oh my Carole, didn't realize it had been awhile since I visited and missed out on these gorgeous creations you've been posting. I love that sentiment on that gorgeous card, so unique and pretty. The Graphic 45 card is amazing and I would never have thought to use just the paper for the design. It's always such an inspiration to visit. Thought I had you listed in my side bar so I didn't miss anything but doing it now. Have a blessed and wonderful week. "Hugs" Carol
